Rebrand for Love Weston
Weston-super-Mare was marketing itself as a tourist destination under the brand Love Weston. Ivoryred was asked to help with rebranding this to Visit Weston-super-Mare.
We created an initial set of logo suggestions for the rebrand and the town’s Tourism Manager and marketing team chose a clean typographic logo supported by a wave underline and seagulls silhouettes.
We kept the colour scheme bright, fresh and cheerful to reflect the town’s seaside vibrancy and shades of blue to represent the locations blue sky and sea (anyone local would know a little artistic license is needed to reflect this!).
The new brand is already being rolled out across their new website, stationery, advertising and large format poster campaigns.
Yet again, we’re really proud to be part of helping our home town thrive.
